AIRECO / ALL INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE CORP. was founded in 1987 to service the rapidly expanding Long Island Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Market. We dedicated time and energy to developing a top quality regional commercial industrial real estate company.
Completely computerized, we maintain historical information on Long Island commercial real estate as well as an up to date inventory of available properties by size, town, and type. Our salespeople have constant and immediate access to inventory information and can answer your questions quickly and efficiently.
Through our affiliations with major Long Island organizations we stay aware of all information that could impact the real estate market both locally and nationally. AIRECO has committee members on the HAUPPAUGE INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION and the LONG ISLAND ASSOCIATION (LIA), and Bob Desmond, President of AIRECO is a Board member of long standing with the COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL BROKERS SOCIETY (CIBS). Through CIBS we cobroke and work with every major commercial real estate office on Long Island and their national affiliates. We work hand in hand with town development agencies to bring our customers every financial incentive available to their project and our extensive experience with the Long Island Development Corporation can assist our customers through the most complicated transactions.
